HAVE A CUSTOM ICON PAINTED JUST FOR YOU!

The icons shown on this website are generally not for sale.  But for yourself or for a very
special gift, I can paint a special icon of a beloved saint or other favorite sacred subject.

Since iconography is a slow and thoughtful process, it will take several months to complete.

A 50 percent down payment is required.  Price will vary according to the size and complexity
of the icon.  For a typical half-figure on a 9-1/2-inch x 12-1/2 inch board, price would be
$500 plus shipping.  I do not accept credit cards or Pay Pal, but will accept personal checks.

Please
contact me to discuss subject, price, and delivery.

ICONS, ICON PRINTS, AND SERVICES
HIGH-QUALITY ARCHIVAL (GICLEE-TYPE) LIMITED EDITION
PHOTOGRAPHIC PRINTS ON HEAVY PAPER

Most of the high-quality photographs in the icon galleries on this website are the work of my friend Richard
Anderson of San Francisco.

If you are interested in obtaining one of his prints, please
contact me and your message will be relayed to him.

Prices are similar to those for giclee prints from other sources, and reflect the many hours Richard has spent
perfecting his lighting and photographic techniques, and preparing and printing these archival reproductions.

Richard waits for an overcast day to photograph the icons, because that is the only light which produces accurate
color reproduction - studio light doesn't work well.  When preparing to print, he works with the original icon beside
him to ensure color accuracy.  He uses pigment-based inks on beautiful heavy paper, and the resulting colors are
extraordinarily vivid and faithful to the original egg tempera colors.

50 percent down payment is required.  Shipping and handling are not included in prices below.
